Jono Schneider This is the most sickest fucking heavy insane woah man record. It’s noisy but not at all noise, riffy but you can’t really tell what the riffs are, repetitive to the point of madness and hypertension, and Charlie Fell sings like Paul D’Anno crossed with Bon Scott, Alan Dubin, and H.R. Insane beyond all measure. Favorite track: Ritual Killer.

bcb723 Out of control. The whole album makes you feel like you are sick, disoriented and crawling on the bathroom floor needing to take a shower. Fucking Charlie Fell rewrites the book here on the "unhinged insane vocalist" tag. Seriously dude... what a goddamn performance. RIP Bill Bumgardner. Favorite track: Ritual Killer.

XUL//EXCELSI Looking over false bay i gotta say that the vitriol never measures up doesnt even come close to matterofafactly, to the abandoned joy i get from this band. Charlie Fell from the sky. Bomber Raid epic stuff,pilots, turret gunners screaming for more ammunition.

Wallow Within I lived with Pervertor for more than a year now and right to this day I think it is not only the best Lord Mantis album (which means something because I love them) but it's also one of the best made, most impressive and creative deviations from Black Metal that I have ever heard. I do explicitly not agree with the imbeciles who argue Mantis is a cartoon version of Indian. It definatly isn't, it has it's very own beauty and atmosphere. Favorite track: At the Mouth.

Regnārs Breikšs The riffs vary from being slow and crushing to sounding like a swarm of furious Japanese hornets, that have been disturbed by an insane man dry-humping their hive (just check the riff @ 5:33 on the "Perverter of the will" from the album "Pervertor", and you will understand, what I'm talking about - it is completely insane).

Mariusz Kaczmarczyk Dirty, rotten, pervertive. And simply kicks ass. Everything Andrew Markuszewski does on the musical grounds turns to be a pure gold. Favorite track: Levia.

Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
